Bad Product and Bad Service

I purchased a strobe light to attach to a phone line so an elderly client could see when the phone is ringing due to a hearing problems. The first one did not work so I called the company to get a replacement. It took a week for them to return my call, I called 3 times. The company finally sent a replacement but it did not work either. I called again and it took 4 days for them to return my call this time. I was sent a return label to return both defective lights. I returned the merchandise within 3 days. It has now been over one month and I have not received my refund. I called this company multiple time and they did not return my calls. I called again and stated I would file a complaint and they finally returned my call. I was told they could not find my return. I gave them all the information I had on my receipt. After 3 days I was told they would refund my money. I received a credit memo via email. I also received an email stating they would refund my money with a Pay Pal account. First of all I didn't even have a pay pal account and I was told by the company I would be credited on my debt card. I am now being charged a service charge for my refund. It has been two weeks and I still don't have my money. I have emailed the company again today. I just dont want anyone to buy from this company they are not reliable or honest.
