EXPRESS HOME SOLUTIONS COMPLAINT

THEY CHARGE $1950 TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR MORGAGE BUT THEY DO NOT DO ANYMORE THAN YOU CAN DO BY FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK YOUR BANK PROVIDES. THEY DID NOT HELP, DID NOT GIVE ANY MONEY BACK, AND AT THE FINAL STRAW AFTER WE WERE REJECTED ON MORGAGE HELP, THE GUY TOLD ME TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK THIS TIME SINCE THE BANK SAID NO TO THEIRS. HE SAID HE WOULD PRETEND TO BE MY HUSBAND AND CALL AND TALK TO THEM. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND THEY JUST TAKE MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPARE. I HAD TOLD THEM FROM THE BEGINNING I WAS GOING TO GO TO THE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR THEIR HELP AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T HELP ME LIKE THEY COULD. DON'T BELIEVE THEM AND DON'T BE HAD LIKE I WAS.

i am going threw the same situatuion. The only reason i am in this mess is because i trusted a neighbor that referred me to these people,before he realised that he/we where getting scammed. in total they have about 6,500$ combined. i went down after calling the office several times to a disconnected number i tried calline the person "handleing my case" Jose escobar. after not being able to contact him, finally decided to go down to the office, only to find out that they indeed moved to the back of the building. after speaking with the "supervisor" some idiot named jeff greene i think. the "owner" kenny sarosi came in and i spoke with him. after informing me that i wouldnt get a refund because they "got me a modification based on the paperwork they sent to the bank" i was told that i could leave and if i wanted to i could contact a lawyer and sue them because "we eat those everyday"

Express Home Solution is now Empire Home Savings located in same building in Garden City. I don't know if they notified anyone of this change because they sure did not notify me. I found out they moved because I went to their offices and was told they are in the back of the building they offices were located at. I raiseed some hell and was told that they were informing their customers. to this day I have not gotten a notice. My loan is still not modified and when I called the bank they tell me no paper work is submitted by Express/Empire Home Solution. I have not gotten my money back although I asked back for it. I would be interested in knowing how to do so because I do not know where to go from here.

I wish I did the research I am doing now on this company before they scammed me out of my $2200.00, money I don't have. These crooks told me that thye could get my loan modified so I paid them and when the bank requested additional documents I cannot get in touch with anyone. I reported them to the better business bureau and told them I am going to sue for my money. If this post help someone then I am glad.

I just want to thank you for you honesty and stepping up to the plate. I have a hardship and just received a call from Express Home Solution this afternoon. You are so right it sounded to good to be true, and I'm just sorry that you got scammed. I need to thank you again for putting this out there. So far I have found 3 sites, regarding this company and how the @#$%&*, got away with this scam. You have really made me do my homework and just to let you know you might want to try...

www.NACA.com...they don't ask for any money upfront, it just takes time...I do hope you get this..

I WAS SCAMMED AS WELL BY THIS COMPANY. I THREATENED THEM AND HIRED AN ATTORNEY AND THEY GOT SCARED AND REFUNDED ME. They are crooks please do not trust this company! Navin Menon is a scammer and he will take your money and run. They wasted 1 year and I was checking in with my bank and finding out that EHS was NEVER contacting the bank!

I have been chasing this company for about two months .It does appear they are up to No Good! If they scam 1000 people at $2000 it ads up for them that's two million dollars folks!. but I am sure they are way over 1000 by far, Their call volume alone is very heavy and I am Sure its All the people that they screwed trying to find out what is going on or requesting to get there money back!!! The professional white collar crook will keep you believing there scam indefinitely!they will call you back ,have you send more info , whatever it takes to keep you pacified so the operation stays in place as they pocket the money of there prey. They do have a attorney a young Man that just passed his bar exam July of 09... If you are a victim of this fraud go to http://www.nassaucountyny.gov/agencies/DA/consumer_info.html call your mortgage company fraud department .You payed for them to help you and they screwed you and gave you the run around ? Do the responsible thing and help everyone that may be in their path of deception . Make them pay for what they are doing to all the victims they call and convince to use there service of trickery to steal your money!! Do Not forget to change your banking numbers and call the 3 credit reporting agencies. They do have all The info they need to really do damage to you and your credit.The patterns this bunch of caricatures are performing indicates that they are schemers.
