Daylight Robbery!!

I applied for two matric subjects through Damelin in July 2009.

I have chosen to only do one of the subjects and have requested through countless emails and telephone calls for a refund of my account. Not once since July have I had a response from anyone!! It is absolutely shocking how quick they were to accept my money but now that wish to have it refunded no one is available to assist me. I have been at this since August it is now November, this is unethical on their part as this in breach of the contract that I have with them.

When I call the contact numbers listed on their website (031-301 0200) if I am lucky sometimes someone answers but only for me to be put on hold for ages - resulting in me hanging up.

Damelin's Accounts division is horrific I wonder if anyone even works there!!!!!!!!

I will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone!
