problem with my Toyota Corolla 2005 serial NO 2T1BR32EX5C384567,

Back, in October 2007, my car's check engine light came on (this was when the mileage was around 41,200)

�GLEN TOYOTA NJ� determined that the engine light was ON, dew Charcoal canister failure. Because the warranty was expired after 36000 miles, the total repair for a new charcoal canister $480 was paid by me.

Later I applied to Toyota Customer Assistance Center (Case number 0909111561 ) with two issues.

a ) reimbursement,

b) to open an investigation for determining a RECALL for CAHARCOAL CANISTERS for Corollas .

What I learned that the Toyota Customer Assistance Center did not assist me in all my issues, no advise and recommendations was given for " to open an investigation for determining a RECALL for CAHARCOAL CANISTERS for Corollas".

I would like to know what can I do, to prompt T0YOTA Manufacturer to open an investigation for determining a RECALL for CAHARCOAL CANISTERS. for Corollas

Complains in Charcoal Canister failures are huge. This is bad for Emmission.
