Tutor Time does not ensure child saftey

I am extremely dissatisfied at the care my daughter received at this Tutor Time location. She was bitten twice, once in the face and once on the arm (this bite actually bled), by a violent and aggressive child who they refuse to dismiss and refuse to divulge the details of the "behavioral plan" they supposedly have begun treating him with. Their staff obviously does not monitor children who are known to be aggressive, and non-violent children are forced to leave the center because Tutor Time only protects behaviorally deviant children and parents. Very disappointed in this center--if you care about the safety of your children do not send them here.

I had a similar sitaution at Tutor Time in Levittown, NY. My child was bitten 7 times in a short period of time. The school did nothing to resolve the problem. One of the directors told me that 7 times really wasn't that much.

We pulled our son out of the school.
