Sony TV Please help I bought a TV from Sony model # kf60we610 costing over 2900.00 3yrs ago I called customer service told them the problem of blue dots & blue hazing on the screen and that the price to fix this from the repair man was 1400.00 I talked to the highest person possible, they told me S.O.L in other words that there is nothing they can do and that I should have went on their web site to see if there were any extended warranty on that pacific problem. I told him I did a week ago when the problem started, Sony proceed to tell me there is nothing we can do. Long story short after an 1hr on the phone with them they would offer me another TV at a discount rate, but come to find out the TV they offered at a discount rate I could go buy at the store for 300.00 cheaper then what they offered. this is bull come to find out I'm not the only with this problem, and it seems from reading other comments that Sony isn't willing to fix the problem and that they fully aware and the people who were able to get the extended warranty said 2yrs down the road their going to have the same problem Is there anything you all can do or advise Please let me know
