Sears without satisfaction!

I bought a very expensive $1200.00 Jenn Air stainless steel dishwasher from Sears about 3 years ago.The dishwaters heating element had broken so I went to talk to the manager and not only was he rude but he also told me that there was nothing he could do since I had not purchased an extended warranty. Can you beleive this! An extended warranty on a $1200.00 dishwasher! I bought the most expensive dishwasher Sears had so I did not have to buy an extended service.I was so upset and took the matter to Jenn Air, who at first wanted me to pay about $500 but later relented and said they would replace the unit because they beleived it to be defective. I"ll not shop Sears ever and neither should anyone else!

They have no idea what customer service is! One does not buy $1200.00 to have it fall apart on you in 3 years!
