SIRIUS RADIO DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES

Same complaints as numerous other consumers: cancelled service numerous months ago. Still billed for the service, and then Sirius denies cancellation and says they are owed money. No resolution with the rep. or Supervisor "ADam". MY ADVICE TO OTHER CONSUMERS: CONTACT YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND/OR STATE CONSUMER AFFAIRS DIVISION. FILE A COMPLAINT ONLINE- EASY TO DO AND QUICK. FOLLOW UP WITH A COMPLAINT TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION/CONSUMER COMPLAINTS- THIS ALSO IS ONLINE. SIRIUS WANTS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT-THEIR OPERATION IS A SCAM. SCREAMING TO CORPORATE SIRIUS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS.

Frustrated. Cancelled service on June 8, 2011, after 4 years of service. They owe me a $45.00 refund which they claim they did. It is not on my bank statement. Then they debited my account 2 more times at $32.00 each time on a closed account. Hours on the phone for a$105.refund which they acknowledge my cancellation date and the other charges,but this depend on who you talk to on any given day. Sirius is corrupt and inept. Never, Never,Never give criminals your DEBIT CARD NUMBER. Sirius Acct# 1-326887742 Ford Motor Company should not be associated with Sirius.
