Complaint on localnet internet provider Hello,
not sure if you can help but here is letter that was sent to localnet. localnet was also called, I asked to talked to a supervisor or someone higher up that the person on the phone and was told that there wasn't anyone. I don't want to name of the person that told my mother this, I want localnet to be aware of how their employees talk to customers, very unprofessional. Thank you.
To Whom It May Concern:
My 72 year old mother, Patricia, told me that last evening she called Local Net to cancel her service. The customer service representative wanted to know why and she told him that since she is legally blind, she cannot see to read anymore. The representative she talked to told her that she "WASN'T legally blind that if she can see, she isn't blind." My mother told him that 2 doctors told her this and he said, "I would like to meet these doctors." My mother did not get the name of this individual but I find this man's lack of customer service skills reprehensible and a direct reflection upon Local Net.
