Unstatisfied by Bajaj Pulsar 150CC - DL4S BJ 2801

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that being a customer of Bajaj Auto from 31st Aug 07, I have been facing a lot of challenges to drive Bajaj Pulsar 150cc. (Black).

AS a loyal customer, from the very first day I used to get my bike servicing from the service centre only (Swadeshi Auto Pvt. Ltd. 41, Rama Road, Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, New Delhi – 15. Phone: 01125444555).

All the invoices from 20th Aug 08 are attached for your kind perusal. After this service in November 08 my bike engine got seized and on 4th Dec. 08 and paid around Rs. 5000/- (see attachment) to get my bike repaired. After that 1 service done on …..

16th Jan 09 (Rs. 471/-),

then on 25th March 09(Rs. 406/-),

then 13th June 09 (Rs. 1525/-),

after that on 31st July 09 (Rs. 5179/-)

and finally on 30th Oct. 09 (Rs. 615 + 220/- Oil) (See attachments or else you can check your records also.)

At the time of this last service, my bike engine started creating some noise. When approached the service centre guy, I got a reply that the engine has got seized again and there would be again an additional expenditure of 6000.

As you can see that every 3000 kms bike services has been taken care off from the same service centre (Given above).

Now I need to seek your support and understanding on the above as I can't keep on incurring cost on the repair of my bike again and again. My bike details are as follows…
