Order Frustration

Placed order on Sunday Nov 8, 2009 14203064 with express shipping. Wed the dress was still not shipped. Contacted them to cancel order as I needed to dress for a wedding. Because the order was billed on the day the order was placed "Sunday" they "cannot cancel the order" although the order has not been shippied. So I am going to have to pay for shipping on something that could have been prevented on being shipped in the 1st place.
