Company rippoff people, we paid for toys and for deluxe membershipeach pet cost us from $12.50-$450(trading cards pets)

Deluxe membership cost$45 per 12 month, our school and family got only $5 months of membership service. So many members lost their accounts because they traded alot which allowed by company. I personaly tried for 3 weeks to resolve this issue with company but they never call me back. They violate customer rights.
