Deer Park Delivery Scam

As a small business, we watch our costs. Since Feb 2009 of this year, the Deer Park local delivery person had been adding items we did not receive to our water account. Our field office is separate from our billing office. When we noticed a huge difference in bills and went back to review, we realized he had not been leaving drop slips for service and had been doubling/tripling normal charges for the service to account. Worse - when Deer Park was contacted FOUR TIMES in two months to resolve -- they have not notified us of any action and have not returned calls. Even asking to go up the local branch food chain -- no one even called our company to apologize for what had happened as a long-term customer. We obviously terminated our service particularly from lack of concern of resolution of the matter.
