A ruse to rollover your $1-1 day trial into a full charge

This is supposedly a site to help you get a government grant to help you while you are unemployed. They indicate that there is a charge but it is only $1.00 for a 24 hour trial. They sent me a user code and a password to use. That did not work. The very next day, they made a $76.85 charge on the credit card. When I called they indicated that it said so in the wording when I asked for the 24 hour trial. I did not see it and demanded that my charge be reversed. The clerk indicated she would cancel my account but the charge would not be reversed.
