I instantly phoned 866-528-6214 to cancel the trial offer. To my surprise I was told he could cancel the $1.95 charge and additional charges BUT, there was no way to cancel a 11/28/2009 charge of $87.62! The site states the following Offer Details: Get ready for the red carpet! You will have 14 days after you place your trial order (just pay $2.95 S&H) to try PremiumWhite and start to see your celebrity smile. If you don't cancel, you'll then become a PremiumWhite Celebrity Member. Every 30 days we'll refill your supplies and bill your credit card $87.62. You can cancel at any time by calling 866-528-6214. I don't understand why I have to be charged for a package not yet even shipped and incur shipping charges to return it before they will refund a $87.62 charge to be posted 11/28/09! I canceled the ordered 5 minutes after it was placed. I'm well within the 14 day trial period! No package has yet been shipped. This makes no sense and is not stated in the "Trial Offer Details". I was scammed too. The more people who complain the better. Their product is useless anyway. I have to date paid $200 for a little whitenening pen which makes no difference whatsoever! I didn't receive any company info with my so called trail offer and had no idea i was signing up for a expensive item that was useless and didn't work at all. I have since been charged over $102 for a product I don't even have therefore can't return as I haven't received anything. As far as I can see this is a scam as the company is quick to denigh everything so they can keep your money. I will be telling everyone I know and anyone I come accross about this scam and to stay away from this company and others like it. 'Customer satisfaction?' yeah right more like 'who can we scam today'. I haven't even been able to get any info to contact this company.
