DSC Secure Networking 16434 Chamberlain Blvd. Port Charlotte, Fl 33954 US Failed to back up my pc when they performed OS upgrade. Critical data lost, non-retrievable. Paid them in full based on cost of upgrade only. They have since reported me to collection agency with ongoing harassment, e.g., telephone calls, faxes, emails, etc., for the remaining balance.
