Company salesman that quote scripture just to make a sale

Document Solution salesman Eric Shaw was invited to a Church finance meeting at Springfield Emanuel United Methodist Church in order to make a presentation about a much needed copier. We believe

Mr. Shaw purposely mislead our committee with a lengthy presentation that he went on to say That I will be available at any time and gave several of us his card with his cell phone #908 413-8166.

During the Meeting I asked what if for what ever reason we are not happy with the copier we where told no problem just call me and I'LL come and get the machine. Well, after the first time using said machine we realized that it was much slower than the machine we had. This was not acceptable so we called Mr. Shaw and told him about our dissatisfaction with the copier speed. He said that I will get you another faster copier for the same $115.00 price. Well, needless to say the faster copier never appeared. The copier was needed for every Sunday to print church bulletin. Since we couldn't use the copier that was leased to us we had no choice but to buy a new copier at Staples. We where also told that the monthly rental would be $115.00 per month and there was no mention of any additional fees. But when we received the first statement there was a documentation fee of $75.00 and an interim payment fee of $75.00 . None of these fees where mentioned during our meeting with Mr. Shaw The only fee that was discussed was a monthly of $115.00 per month. We have asked Mr. Shaw to please come take back the copier since the second day we received it but to no avail. It's sad that a company like document Solutions would take advantage of a struggling church. James Santiago Trustee President
