since i send all the paper work for the phone rebate of $50.00 they have a tracking number that said they send it on oct 01 2008 i still didnt get it . it never got here i have the same address and the same number and im still waiting for the rebate also i cant speak to no one they told me to call 877-311-8853 and it an automated voice that tell you the status of your rebate and again i printed out the order that supposed to be here since then i dont know what to do to get my money please help... thanks
