smog rip-off

Failed my smog test to get me to pay them to "search for the problem". He was going to make me pay for 2 smog tests and several attempts to fix my car so it would smog. Last year He charged me 700.00 to fix a heating problem but never did. Now he got $55.95 for a rigged smog test. I saw him type unvalid statements on my printout. Took my car to another place and passed my smog test with no problems. Because of this guy I spent $80.00 on my machanic to test my car to find the problems that did not exist. He is rude and he takes advatage of elders especially women
