I bought a HP laptop. It needed to be repaired. HP told me to mail it in for servicing. When I told HP that I use my laptop every day and cannot be without it, they told me they would get it back to me right away. This is not how it down though. I didn't get it back for almost a week. HP told me they would be back with me about a retroactive resolution to the issue to make up for the misinformation given to me on how long it would take to repair. They said someone would get back with me in a couple of days. That never happened. They then said someone would get back with me the next day. That never happened.


HP has lousy customer service.
