CM Answering Service (The Most Unprofessional Service)

We hired CM answering service to answer our Las Vegas based business because of their low cost. That was a decision we soon came to regret. Within days of our lines starting to be answered by this company their lines went down and stayed down for about 24 HRS for which they blamed their embarq service. After that we began receiving complaints from our costumers that they heard crying babies, dogs barking, doors slamming in the background. We made efforts at being patient with their service. Until one day we called our own line the one they were suppose to answer and it just rang for hours. We were forced to cancelled our call forwarding and began answering our own lines. Weeks later we come to find out that without our permission they had released recordings of our conversations to some of our clients. Confidential information.

CM answering service is just a family of 3 answering phones from home. Chris is a slow to think operator, Megan almost never answers the lines and leaves most of the work to their inexperience son and daughter. They give them selves high sounding titles like:
