SHOCK IN AC

i have purchased onida A/c 2 nos. one is 1 ton and other is 1.5 ton. the first one is working well.

the second one 1.5 ton after a month purchase when compressure unit on current shock comes in the wall and window. the same was complient and rectificed after three days. even after the same problem occured after a 20 days and complient given is not yet rectified.

when purchasing AC the service advertisement the man power utilized is well but after purchae the service man handlilng the case is we have more AC sale and complients but we don't have a man power to attend immediately.

We really appreciate Onidia is getting good revenue only for selling AC not for service after sale.

please strengthen your teem to attend like this problems immeidately.

Nobody take care even i have given information to mumbai team, chennai team and a special officer.

I request people who seen this message and whoever having this type of problem please contact me to flow the negative problems to the market.
