Illegal Construction of pent house in Madinaguda

Hi i bought a flat from builder prasad, apt name is SAIMAJESTIC, building is located at beside pearls inn, madinaguda, miyapur hyderabad

Builder initially made an offer to keep the duct area open and which influenced me to purchase a flat in the middle, now he made illegal construction of 3 huge pent houses on top of the building which results to close the duct area on the top floor, this illegal construction resulted into insufficient lighting to my apartment, i want to escalate this to the concerned dept which takes immediate action.

Please never buy a house from this bugger Prasad and his business name is SAI SIRI Constructions
