Ideal Pet Product / Upton Enterprises

I intended to order a dog door from Ideal Pet Products. I accidentaly left off one letter and ended up at www.idealpetproduct.com. The website looked so professional and had all the right products, that I didn't even realize I wasn't at the right site. It has been a month since I placed my order and three weeks since the funds were removed from my account and I still have not received my dog door (which should have been shipped via UPS). I have called them over a dozen times and cannot get anyone to answer or call me back. If you are looking for a pet door, please make sure you go to the Ideal Pet ProductS site and not Ideal Pet Product. (Slight difference, but you will get ripped off like me if you're not careful!)

I was just barely notified that you placed a message on here, but it looks like it was from several weeks ago. I apologize for my delinquency, I didn't know. Anyway, I hope you have received your door by now since it is September. I can totally empathize with your frustration. I will NEVER order from that company again. I did finally receive my dog door, but only after I involved the Better Business Bureau. You may have to do the same thing if you are still waiting. Good luck!

I am also in the same predicament. I placed the order July 4th. My account has been charged, but as of today nothing has arrived. I spoke with someone 2 days aga and was ensured it would be here yesterday. Today is Friday July 17th and I have left another message.
