Our daughte purchased an Avoton gps from Kohl's online, the charger cord that connects to the car does not work. I called and nobody answered, you just get a recording.

when I finally did get through, this guy Tim told me to go out and buy a new one! We got it for Christmas and didn't use it until may, after complaining.that why should I buy one when we paid for a product that comes with cord that doesn't work. He then told me to have my daughter mail in a copy of her bill, which she did! To date I have received nothing.

Would not recommend product, it's not all that and the service is just as bad!

You can exchange it at the store for one that works, with or without the reciept. No one should give you a problem about doing it as long as you explain your situation.
