Capital one Visa is the worst!

US Capital one charged me $4.00 to pay off my account. They charged interest on a 0% card. To call them idiots would be an insult to idiots. After they charged me $4.00 they sent me a refund, of, you guessed it $4.00. Total morons. DO NOT USE CAPITAL ONE! Amazon.com has a great Visa!
