Karcher sucks

Karcher gas pressure washer doesn't run and it was put together backwards. Karcher won't help at all and BJ's won't return it. Now I'm stuck with a piece of crap pressure washer.

I whole heartedly agree, Karcher totally SUCKS!!! Their customer service is the poorest I have ever dealt with (basically non existent). I can't talk to an English speeking human being to ask a simple question, and therefore I can't order a replacement part. Make sure you buy from their competitors!
