Charter Communications My name is Sandra and I moved here to Douglas, Georgia seven months ago. I have cable,phone and internet service with Charter Communications and from the beginning for every month(about 2-3 times a week) my service would go out and stay out anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Today(6/26/09) it has gone out 5 times and stayed out anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour each time. This has happened every day this week. This has been an ongoing thing. I have complained to them time after time. They would always say that they would send a service tech out, but it may be 5 days before one could come. I have had a supervisor and 3 techs here to rewire the house for me and I still have this problem. But I found out that is not just my house, but many other customers, including their office downtown. To me if a company is going to offer service, they should be able to honor it and make sure that everything is working properly. I know that I could go to another company, but I think about the elderly and disabled,as this may be the only way to communicate with the outside world. This complaint is for every one that has this service. Something needs to be done about this problem.
