Vonage US www.vonage .com Vonage internet phone service is not as good as it claims and it is a waste of money. I had Vonage for about 6 months and from the day one I had problem with this phone line. The voice was always choppy and with the echo all the time. Some times people couldn't hear me while I could hear them and after almost 30 times calling the customer service and tons of trouble shooting instructions, the problem was still there. So, I quit calling for more trouble shooting. Also, I had many episodes of disconnection while I was talking to people and sometimes right in the middle of an important conversation! This is a frustrating phone service that doesn't worth the money at all. A month ago, I lost my job and decided to disconnect Vonage but they charged me almost $100 for early disconnection. I called customer service couple of times and objected to the charges and asked them to waive the disconnection fee but they say it is more than 30 days since I had the service and I have to pay the penalty.
