This is not a complaint any more. I'm not sure if the complete 360 degree turn around was due to sending my complaint to this website or if it was due to one of my many e-mails finally getting to someone who finally put things into action on my case, but all of a sudden I began receiving several pleasant and helpful e-mails from several of the companies involved and the outcome is that they are sending my daughter a new mattress cover.
