never ending air conditioner repair

Kyle Sponholz installed 2 new air conditioners for my home last September. When I turned on the air conditioners this May, I only got hot air from the vents. I called Kyle over. He only get the upstairs one fixed, but the downstairs one was broken and cannot be fixed. Consequently, he tried to get new one from Ducane, since the air conditioner is still under warranty. He removed the downstair air conditioner 2 weeks ago, but he never came back to put the new one on. I call him almost every day, but he never returns my calls. I don't know what to do. My family has been living in 90 degrees temperature for over 3 weeks. Please help us.
