Hello,

I had spoken with your staff and had a very interesting conversation. I am just demanding you look into your staffs actions as I found this very poor. It explains why prices seemed so cheap. Below is the information for the chat:

Thank you for your patience when waiting for Live Help, we apologize for any delays that you may experience.

You are now chatting with Lee Carter (1. Sales)

Lee says:

Hello and welcome to VPSRight, how may I help you today?

Steven says:

Hi lee how are you

Lee says:

Fine, thank you

Lee says:

How may I help you today?

Steven says:

Im just curious about your VPS packages

they seem really cheap!!

Lee says:

Yes, we provide good service with cheap pricings

Steven says:

How can you offer 40GB of diskspace and cpanel for only $19.99 when cpanel alone is $10-15/month

and the paypal charge would be like $1.

Thats only $4 to pay staff and maintain a server.. just a bit concerned about how many machines are on a server..

Lee says:

our cPanel licenses are $7 / month.

Lee says:

Usually 20 -30 machines on one server

Steven says:

Thats not a good idea is it, when cpanel is an cpu intensive system..

What kind of cpu usage do I get?

sry iv been screwed around from past hosts I just want to insure I getting a good product

Lee says:

We have strong CPU's running at 3.0GHz

Lee says:

Equal Shared CPU

Lee says:

You can check our service and if you are not satisfied with our service you can cancel your account at any time you wish.

Lee says:

We do provide 14 day 100% money back gurantee

Steven says:

so 30 vps sharing a 3.0ghz service is 100mhz per vps

that doesnt sound like it powers a cpanel let alone a site

Lee says:

no, as the cpu isn't always being used at 100% per vps... the system moves the cpu usage around

Steven says:

but you said equal share

so that means i am promised 100mhz

that isnt enough to even get a static webpage going is it?

Lee says:

You can check the testimonials page for the domain that is there which is run on a cpanel vps

Steven says:

Right but im asking you do you think 100mhz is enough

did you even own an 100mhz computer ?

Are you paid on commission?

Lee says:

you can burst all the way to 3.0GHz if the CPU isn't being used.

Steven says:

but come on

you know damn well 30 vps running are going to use cpu

soon as they are turned on they do

so how could I burst to a 3.0ghz?

Are you asking other people for answers? or are you trying to think of a way to answer this. Im getting frustrated at the delay in responding

Have you been paid yet from working at VPSRight?

John Robson has joined the conversation.

John says:

You can burst upto 3.0GHz but we do have a fair usage limit in place of around 1.5GHz. Our Sales staff are not paid on commission.

Steven says:

Well 1.5GHZ doesnt mean I can burst to 3.0GHZ does it?

That also doesnt answer my questions on the cpu that is dedicated to my vps

John says:

You can burst to 1.5GHz. If you need more after that and the CPU isn't being used elsewhere, then you can burst almost 3.0GHz

Steven says:

the VPS solution you use should say guarrenteed CPU and that Is what I want to know what it is

John says:

Usually around 700MHz

Steven says:

Can you explain this:

http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=navclient&hl=en-GB&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4DBCA_en-GBCA286CA286&q=hostchum+pay+staff

Why does it show that VPSRight doesnt pay staff?

do you have ant reviews about VPSRight

John says:

Sorry?

Steven says:

everything I google says hostChum

John says:

I don't think it does Josh.

Steven says:

Im sorry?

John says:

Yes you are sorry. If you have any further questions, please open a ticket to our sales department by emailing sales@vpsright,com . Have a nice day.

Hopefully this can be dealt with, I have sent a complaint to ConsumerAlerts regarding this. I had plans to buy a dedicated server but after seeing the cheap vps I thought why not.. Guess I was wrong!.
