Poor Staff and Management

I had spoken with your staff and had a very interesting converstation. I am just demanding you look into your staffs actions as I found this very poor. It explains why prices seemed so cheap. Below is the information for the chat:

that isnt enough to even get a static webpage going is it?

soon as they are turned on they do

so how could I burst to a 3.0ghz?

Are you asking other people for answers? or are you trying to think of a way to answer this. Im getting frustrated at the delay in responding

You can burst upto 3.0GHz but we do have a fair usage limit in place of around 1.5GHz. Our Sales staff are not paid on commission.

Well 1.5GHZ doesnt mean I can burst to 3.0GHZ does it?

That also doesnt answer my questions on the cpu that is dedicated to my vps

You can burst to 1.5GHz. If you need more after that and the CPU isn't being used elsewhere, then you can burst almost 3.0GHz

the VPS solution you use should say guarrenteed CPU and that Is what I want to know what it is

Hopefully this can be dealt with, I have sent a complaint to ConsumerAlerts regarding this. I had plans to buy a dedicated server but after seeing the cheap vps I thought why not.. Guess I was wrong!.
