Auto Sales Fraud

We purchased a 2008 Ford Edge which according to sales man was equipped with a Multi-Disk Cd with Blue Tooth and Sirius Satellite Radio. After having the car home and trying to set up Cd player and phone it was found it is a plain single Cd player.

This case ultimately ended up in court. The judge heard testimony from both sides, and the customer's claim was denied. The dealership has been in business for 37 years, in a small town. You don't last that long by being untruthful to your customers.
