Horrible Customer Service

I called AAA Air Conditioning and they were very prompt coming for the initial service call. Two days later the same problem continued, I called to have them come back (it was still w/in warranty with AAA), two weeks later they still have not come to fix the problem. I spoke with "Harley" who say's someone will come and no one ever does. 'Harley' puts me on hold for minutes at a time and says I'm the one never available, which isn't true. All I want is for service to fix the problem and they are not to any avail.

I will never use them again and will let friends and neighbors know of their poor service. I might have to call my Credit Card company to do a charge back, because I don't see any hope with this situation.
