LG microwave Best Buy US bestbuy.com Best Buy does not stand behind the products that they sell. I have an obviously defective ( I believe it is a fire hazard based upon the sparking noise and the burning electrical odor) and the official Best Buy store and customer service response is 'call LG'. This microwave is less than 90 days old and Best Buy refuses to exchange this unit for a new one.
