Lifewatch has the best customer service. They always treat my mom like family. Whenever I call the office with questions they always answer immediately,politely and show an extra caring touch, I don't find anywhere else. They always want to make us happy!

Lifewatch USA continues to do a great Job. They even have new products with GPS and Portable medical records and speaker pendants. Never have a problem.

Lifewatch USA customer service is excellent. I have switched my mom to Lifewatch USA after paying another company much more for years. Not only is Lifewatch USA medical alert system less expensive, but their customer service is excellent. every time I call they sound so caring and concerned for my mom. they even have technology like a lock box and anywhere alert that the other medical alarm company did not have.

Lifewatch customer service is excellent? All I get is their answering service who cannot tell me when I can call to speak to someone. First, they tricked my elderly mother into ordering their product, now they don't take calls. How is that excellent customer service?
This company is a unethical scam. These positive posts are probably connected to the scam.
