I WANT TO LODGE A COMLAINT FOR UNFAIR BALANCE CUTTING FROM MY PREPAID MOBILE BALANCE BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.MY MOBILE NO.IS 9322977617 ON 11-06-2009 MY BALANCE IS AT ARROUND RS.165/-ON THAT NIGHT RCOM HAD CUT RS.75/-FROM MY ACCOUNT.I HAVE CALLED AFTER TO CUSTMER SERVICE CELL OF RCOM THEY TOLD ME BALANCE CHARGED FOR CALLERTUNE SERVICE.WHICH IS CUT FOR ADVANCE RENTAL PACK WHICH IS RENEWED ON THAT DAY. I AGREEED WITH THIS STATEMENT.BUT AFTER NEXT DAY ON 12-06-2009 SAME BALANCE (RS.75/-)CUT FROM MY ACCOUNT.THEN I HAVE LODGE COMPLAINT FOR IT COMPLAINT NO.IS 100575110.THEY TOLD ME WAIT FOR 48 HRS.UR 75RS BALANCE WILL REVERSE IN UR ACCOUNT.BUT 75 RS.BALANCE HAD NOT REVERSED. I HAVE WAIT THEN CALLED THEM BUT THEY R NOT GIVEN FAVORBLE REPLY THEY TOLD BALANCE CUT FOR SAME REASON.THIS IS UNFAIR WITH ME.SO I WISH HELP FROM U.
