bad Customer service

Early in April, we had some major water leak in our basement; we called a water proofing company to have it fixed. On May 27th we agreed for the water proofing company to come and water proof our basement (cold room)! After they started to work, they stumbled upon a problem. They asked us to call the company who did our interlock which is Synergy Contracting. To have parts of the stones removed so the water proofers can have access to water proof from outside.

I called Synergy Contracting on June 3rd and scheduled and appointment for June 4th. The operator took all the information and what it needs to be done, and told me they will be there June 4th at 9:00 am.

On June 4th 9:20 am, I called Synergy Contracting so check the status of the appointment. The operator transferred me to one of the contractors his name was Philip. Philip told me they are all the way in Markham and they cannot make the appointment. He also told me to remove the stones myself and they will come and replace it for me.

I called and book another appointment for Monday June 7th 9:00 am so they can put back the stones. June 7th 10:30 am no show and no call. I called Synergy Contracting to see what happen? The operator said ill transfer your message to them that you called several times but got no answer. On June 9th I still did not get any calls and no show. I called again and booked another appointment for June 12th 2009 10:00 am. No show. I called and asked them what happen? They said sorry about it I can have someone there at 8:00 am on June 13th 2009. I agreed, June 13th arrived , its now 11:00 am and still no show and no call. I am not using them again.
