Worst customer service ever!!

This is a very shady company, they advertise on their website that they have 24hr. cust. svc. that's false. The phone # that they have is just a machine, no one ever,ever picks up. I have called everyday at different times of the day and the same voicemail comes on. This is serious because this is the company I used for my wedding favors. You would think for such an important occasion they would have outstanding cust. svc. This is the worst, most unprofessional comapny I have ever delt with. Now I want a refund and I have yet to receive an email from them. I warn anyone especially for such an important occasion to never ever use this comapny!!!
