Ordered items for 2nd day air - Did not here any word for a week. After sending an email, I finally got a response saying the items have not shipped yet. I asked to cancel order and credit my account. It has been a month sending multiple emails and phone calls with no response.

Never use these people!!!

Good luck getting anything from them. They might email you once in a while to make you think they are doing something.

Their biggest hope is you will just forget about it and take the loss.

I ordered a duty belt from these people. They sent the wrong size and the wrong one. They took my money. I have sent several emails and left several messages on their telephone, I still have had no response.
