My family went on vacation to Florida, and rented a car with National. While there, we thought that we had gone through a toll by mistake. When we checked out, we asked the clerk to make sure. She said that she didn't show anything. We asked if we could pay an extra $1 just in case something came up later. She said that it wouldn't be necessary. One month later, we get a notice that they charged our credit

card for $11. $1 for the toll, and $10 for their "administration fee". When I complained, they said that I should have double checked with the municipality and not with them. Not friendly customer service at all. $11 may not seem much to most people, but it means quite a bit to someone who just lost their job.
