Hewlett Packard - Brand new Laptop that does not work

I bought a Compaq Presario CQ50Z Notebook PC from HP.com. I bought the laptop on Jan 7th 2009. The laptop had the following problems:

1)The laptop does not hibernate.

2)It frequently freezes/hangs. Upon restart the message says windows has recovered from citical hardware problem.

3)The message says, Nvidia Network adaptor has some hardware issues.

4) The LAN card does not work, I cannot connect to LAN or Ethernet.

After seeing these issues, I called HP customer service on feb22 for trouble shooting. They asked me to do lot of trouble shooting procedures, none of them worked. I had three trouble shooting sessions both online and phone sessions. The laptop appears to work for few days, the same problems arise again. Then after spending more then 50 man hours trouble shooting, I have decided to ship the laptop to HP for repairing it. I sent the laptop to HP on June 22nd, 2009. I got the same exact laptop with same problems, NONE OF THEM FIXED, on July 7th, 2009. I have been talking to tens of HP support guys, telling them all my issues and to this day they show no support at all. They ask the same rhetorical questions again and again, and everything seems very very artificial. They are trying to delay everything. I called them again yesterday, and told them that I want to return this laptop and I need a full refund. Now, they say that I do not qualify for full refund, they can refund around 40%, which is pro-rated value!!! I spend lot of my time, money, energy, phone calls for months on this laptop. Hp does not have a single bit of concern on my experience so far. Today I got a call saying that I can send my laptop for repair again.I think, I just got looted of my money and my time.
