Sprints lousy service

After changing to sprint and when activating the phone. Sprint upgraded me to the Unlimited data Plan for a reduced amount. I used the GPS and E-mail feature while on vacation. All of a sudden they said it was a mistake and will no longer honer the plan they put me on. After many attempts to call them, they will not talk to me and just transfer me to the cancellation Deptartment. I have my bill that states I have unlimited data and the brochure that says unlimited date includes, E-mail, web surfing, GPS, Music, & TV. They will not honor this
