Dell Vostro - Dell is not a great company when their product is defective

I bought a Laptop over a year ago. Since receiving it, it had some defects and its performance was always bad.

I have spent countless hours trying to fix the problems but Dell's escalating policies never solved my problems. The Laptop does not have a warranty now, but anyway I'm tired of trying to solve its problems and I will simply toss it away. Of course its the last DELL I will EVER buy.
