delivery man caught with hand in my drawer

The bed was slightly damaged upon delivery- but that is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem was that I caught one of the guys with his hand in my wife's Dresser Draw looking through her private department. I was dumbfounded and thought that my eyes were deceiving me. I asked what he was doing - first he said that he was looking for his tool and then he quickly corrected himself that he actually fell. I chased him out and called the police. Raymore and Flanigan customer service still has not returned my call!! I was offered $150 gift card for the trouble which I have not accepted. This whole thing is disgraceful. Who would expect this from a company with such "high standards". Needless to say I will never buy from them again.
