This message is for all employees that includes Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, all fastfood and restaurants big and small and other stores...do not think because you have had a bad morning, day, week, weekend or had to work on your day off, received a paycut, or earn less then you feel you should be making (hey, welcome to the wonderful world of employment) you have a personal crises, or the boss chewed you out do NOT think you will come to work and take it out on me a paying customer..you wont..just ask the cashier at Dollar General who screamed at myself and my partner because we did not do her job for her..oh wait you can't she was fired after a royal chewing out by her boss about work ethics and how to treat customers..yes we filed a complaint and yes the district manager fired her as he should have..


If I ask where something is do not feel it is your right to snap at me, roll your eyes, mumble under your breath or instruct me to go "bother someone else", if an item is not priced blame the stock people not me, if I ask you to double bag my heavy groceries don't give me attitude and a lecture about wasting bags..if I place an order and I receive it and it's wrong don't expect me to accept your mistake, and when I ask for a corrected order don't give me lip after all I paid for something (btw I didn't pay my hard earned money for your attitude) and I expect to get what I paid for..if you have no intentions of doing your job correctly might I suggest you find a job where you wont have to deal with the public..


If you are a waiter or waitress and you expect a generous tip, then I expect generous service..bring me what I order, how I ordered it, bring me my appetizers first then my salad then finally my main entree, I would also like my drink before I finish my meal please, the last waiter who served us didn't give us eating utensils, we had to get him to bring us what we ordered we had to ask repeatedly for different items he forgot..he brought out our side items seperately and first, I ordered chili and he brought me cottage cheese, we asked for our drinks three times he brought them out after we finished eating and they were wrong, my baby ordered a small choc shake, she recieved a large sprite, I asked for a med. cherry coke I received a large diet coke..he finally brought out our right drinks, but by then we were done eating, wehen we stepped up to the register to pay he closed the register took the long way around past our table so he could check for his tip, he told another waitress he was going to the bathroom..we were dumbstruck, as repeat customers we feel we should have received better service our usual waitress gave us a discount on our food and apologized to us..that waiter received no tip at all..the following week we had our usual/favorite waitress serve us we paid $17 for our food and gave her a $7 tip..we do not follow the % rule in tipping instead we go by the service we receive..he gave us 0 customer service he got a 0 tip, she went above and beyond with her service she received a generous tip!


Tip for ALL employees if you want to keep getting your paychecks I suggest you learn respect and how to correct your mistakes..apologize do not blame the customer..if your hubby/wife/lover cheated on your fine treat him or her like shit, but don't come to work and take it out on me and expect me to take it with a pinch of salt or I will have your job..just remember without customers you have no job!

Finally an intelligent post, sadly it's aimed at unintelligent (btw that means stupid) people. I doubt they get what it means, but we customers can always hope!
