T-Mobile's bad customer service

I have been putting up with T-Mobile's bad coverage since that last year in Durham, NC. I am in Business School and have missed several important recruiter calls because my phone does not work inside my school. I called t-mobile to let me get off the contract without penalty. But t-mobile would not let me do that. they want me to use my school's wi-fi to get a better connection!!!! Well, I pay them to get calls without going through extra pain - and i am sure my device would not work even with wi-fi on. Plus, i hate having to connect to wi-fi because it is a drain on the battery. but t-mobile would not listen. they are the worst and i recommend everybody not to use t-mobile. I am not going to EVER!!!
