NEVER BUY SCOOTER FROM EVO!!!

My friend purchased a scooter from EVO over the internet. The scooter arrived damaged. She was given an estimate by EVO of $214 to fix the damage and was told that it was her responsibility to collect from the shipping company. She jumped through all the insurance hoops but was denied! When she complained to the insurance company they told her to sue them if she wanted the money. When she complained to EVO she was told that business was good for them and so they didn't care if she was unhappy with the company. How is it possible that EVO and ODFL can just dismiss their contract with no adverse consequences? She got her scooter in February and has been trying to get the insurance money for almost six months!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not ever buy from EVO! Buy from someone local you can go back to!
