Horizon bank reports me to credit burea because of one late bill

Horizon Bank credit card Horizon Bank 1500 Cornwall Avenue Bellingham, WA , Wa 98225 US www.horizonbank.com Did not receive their bill for May. Received a notice from customer service on July 3. They reported me to credit bureau for a missed bill and said they could not fix it for me. I have never missed a payment in the entire time I have banked with them. Lisa in credit department extremely unhelpful. I would not bank there.
