I have been having the same problem with my phone ever since I got it, which was almost a year ago. This service is totally unacceptable and I am very dissatisfied.I use the phone quite a bit, about 4,000 minutes/month. I run my business through this phone. However, the problem is that I miss tons of calls. I would venture to say that approximately 50% of the calls go straight to voicemail and my phone doesn't ring. I work out of my home office, where I have full bars of reception, so it's not the reception. I will be sitting here, right next to the phone and, although it has not rung, I get an alert that I have 2 or 3 voicemails. Last night, my wife was trying to get a hold of me and called me 5 times. It was very important. I missed all 5 of those calls, despite having the phone sitting right next to me. She had to leave a voice mail. I am constantly missing business related phone calls and I'm in a business where every call could be very important. Now, I've spoken to customer support and they tell me that because i use the phone 4,000 minutes, that "obviously" my service works. But it does not. It works sometimes. I pay my bill every month, not just some months or when I feel like paying it. Even as I type this letter, I've gotten two voicemails and my phone has not rung. I called Sprint to ask them to let me out of my contract, and they refuse, claiming that the service works. They've sent me 3 phones, I still have the same problem.
